May 18, 2023: Day +50: How’s the 100 Day Challenge Going?

Just checking in on those of you who are doing the 100 day challenge as we are halfway!
I’ve upped my yoga to 20 or 30 mins per day most days so I’m super happy about that. Still doing the beginner classes on Peloton but I’m enjoying revisiting the things I used to know when I practiced way back when Sam was born and when he was little (though I never was very flexible or “good” at the poses).
If you want to join us — do! You still have 50 days to make a change that helps your mind, body or spirit. You can do a lot in 50 days!
